Welcome!

Welcome to the nutrition blog. This page will be used for those who decide to accept the challenge to change their dietary ways for the next 15 days. We will answer question/concerns in the comments and also post information for your support.

  2. Alright DAY 0 of dieting:
    Went to the Korean Market over on Kimball Ave.
    For lunch (4pm), picked up an AWESOME sashimi plate for $20 (enough for Mandie and I). Pretty dirt cheap for good cuts over radishes.
    Dinner (8pm): Flank steak grilled (10-12oz), left over radish (1.5 cups) from sashimi plate,

    Post dinner (930pm) snack: banana, 7 fish oil caps.

    Prepped a thin steak (grilled) light rub and lemon juice for breakfast tomorrow also have sweet potatoes in the crock pot.
