7 a.m. 6-eggwhite omelet with asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, spinach, sundried tomatoes, green salsa 10 a.m. (post box - skills day) 1.5 c. roasted sweet potato strips 12:45 p.m. Paleo chili (turkey) with broccoli and 1/4 avocado, roasted Brussels sprouts, 1 apple, Diet Coke 4:15 p.m. 1 c. raspberries with 1 T. slivered almonds, 1.5 oz. grilled chicken breast 7 p.m. Salad with red cabbage, cauliflower, radish, mushrooms, red onion, red/yellow peppers, roasted asparagus, roasted artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, hearts of palm, capers, walnuts, 4 oz. grilled tuna steak, dressing made with balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard; 1 apple
I Felt like sh*t and went to bed. Today Monday I did not get out of bed till 2pm still feeling out of it. So far all I have been able to get down is 1 apple-6oz pork tenderloin. It is now 8pm

not feeling well all of a sudden
