Day #6

Thanks for stepping up to the challenge and publicly posting your diet logs and goals. Stay the path and eventually we'll get there.


  1. okay I don't have times and I was out and about all day. I lost it yesterday and have some booze but only a few tequilas.

    4 eggs, 12 almonds, 1 tomato...

    20 almonds

    4 oz steak, 1 apple, 2 heads broccoli

    1 apple

    8 oz chicken breast, broccoli, and 5 shrimp

    12 almonds

    4 tequilas

  2. 6:30 a.m. 6-eggwhite omelet with broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, green salsa, avocado; coffee
    9 a.m. (post-WOD). 1.5 c. roasted sweet potato strips
    11:30 a.m. 1/2 grapefruit; eggwhite omelet with spinach, onion, zucchini, broccoli; 1 slice dry rye toast
    3 p.m. 1 c. blueberries with 1 T. slivered almonds; 2 oz. roasted turkey
    6:45 p.m. Salad with red peppers, red cabbage, cauliflower, radish, roasted asparagus, roasted artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, hearts of palm, capers, walnuts, 5 seared sea scallops; 1 apple
    9:30 p.m. 1 apple
