Nailed it!

Ha! Fatty made weight. A bunch of us had the Weightlifting Meet at Windy City. It was a great time! Ask everyone. Next time we'll have to bring a shit load of people. Now fatty has to lose the 7lbs of McDonald's weight. Scoot over and make some room for me to jump back on the Paleo wagon.

    9:30am - 2 eggs with mushrooms, 2 slices bacon, coffee
    2:00pm - (planned cheat meal) 2 crazy thick slices of brioche french toast, 2 links chicken sausage
    3:30pm - 5:30pm - carb-induced nap/coma
    6:30pm - orange, ~4oz steak (still kinda full from cheat meal)
    7:30pm - glass of red wine

    Rudy, congrats on making weight! I'll be interested to follow your diet log as you drop these 7 lbs. If it takes you less than a week to drop it after days of McDonald's binges, I might be a little annoyed. :)
